As I've mentioned before I'm big on gratitude! It's important to be grateful for the gifts, things and blessings you have. We need to spend more time acknowledging the things/people we're thankful for.
So this year we made a thankful tree. The trunk and branches are made from packaging paper (used to mail packages) and I just twisted it up to make it more 3D and fun. I found a maple leaf outline online and printed it onto Red, Orange, Yellow & Brown Cardstock. Printed it up and cut each leaf out (thanks babe for helping!). Our family then took turns telling me the things they were thankful for and we wrote it on each leaf. We then taped them to the fireplace so that it made a "tree".
The best part... we recognize our blessings and can see them all month long!
