Steve and I had the oppotunity to help out some of our friends who were struggling financially. They had been dealt a few rough hands in the past and we just wanted them to know we were thinking of them and offered to help in the small way we could. We purchased some groceries (basic staples) for them to keep in their pantry to save them on a Grocery trip. I went on Provident Living's website and printed up and topic tabbed information on getting out of debt, how to create a savings, creating a budget and some information on food storage/emergency preparedness. My friend was especially struggling so I included an envelope just for her on talks I had found on LDS.org that were uplifting, motivating and encouraging. Something anyone could use and appreciate!
